Town & Village Hotels Managed Division was launched in 2011 with the aim of developing a group of character venues operated with a consistently high standard of facilities, product quality, and customer service levels. It started with a single unit, set up by converting an existing leased property into a directly managed operation. The company plans to grow the division through acquisition of single or multiple sites that fit the company mould of character hotels with 20 or more bedrooms, conference and function facilities, and that are suitable for management control.
